Robert has just returned from a week in Napa Valley hosted by Napa Valley Vintners. A diverse and dynamic region making some very special wines.
During the week he had the opportunity to visit numerous wineries, taste hundreds of wines and attend workshops covering topics such as organic/biodynamic farming and the latest winemaking techniques. There is no doubt that this is one of the world’s great wine growing areas.
Visiting wine regions re-enforces geographical and environmental knowledge and brings a level of experience to our offerings. Robert, our Director, has been fortunate to have visited most of the world’s major wine growing regions and our students benefit from this insight.
