Wine English Course | 28 November 2020

28 November 2020, 0930 to 1700 online course via zoom

COURSE DURATION: 3 two-hour online sessions via zoom (6 hours total) including wine tasting. Additional one to one skills assessment. Certificate of Achievement for successful candidates.

SESSION 1: An introduction to wine in English. Winegrowing, winemaking, the processes and terminology used in the production and processing of grapes.

SESSION 2: Wine Tasting in English, the practices involved, and vocabulary used. Tasting of six 20ml wine samples, delivered to your address in Italy in advance of the course.

SESSION 3: The business of wine. International markets, communication, storytelling, social media.

ASSESSMENT: Each candidate will have an individual online assessment with a prepared task. A Certificate of Achievement will be issued to all successful students.
